Oreo Truffles

OMG this are like the best way to enjoy oreos. Last year my friend Christy brought the Oreo Truffles and they were delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Well any ways here is a recipe:

Ingredients:18 oz. package of OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies8 oz. package of Cream Cheese, softened *16 oz. Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate or Chocolate Chips, melted **
Directions:
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor (or a ziplock bag)
Add softened cream cheese; mix until well blended.(or something that looks like mud)
Roll cookie mixture into balls
Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler(or a pot with water with another on top it) or in the microwave. Stir until smooth.
Roll the balls in chocolate to coat completely; use two toothpicks or forks (fingers are "funner")to remove the balls from the chocolate, allowing the extra chocolate to drip off.
Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate another 30 minutes until the chocolate forms a hard
Then take them out of thge frigde and EAT

Winter break/term I

OMG like this term went by soooooooooooooo fast. It feels like it was just yesterday it was back to school day. I really liked this term alot it was fun, boring, easy , hard , frustating, sexy term. i wish it would of gone by slower. During this winter break I want to do all sorts of crazy things. I really want to go to the body exibit in La Jolla(UTC). And of course I want to go shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am going to gain like 8 million pounds because I am going to eat a lot during X-mas.Well I dont really care.

Disneyland

Yesterday my Avid class went to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure(DCA). It was sooooooooooo much fun. It was my first time @ DCA . I love it. The first ride I went on was the Tower Of Terror. I was so scared, but not that much since I went on it twice. After that I went on the Ferris wheel with the swingind gondola. I love both of the rides. I also went on the "Mickey Mouse Roller caster" and the Orange Swings and The "High tower" that was just at the pier. I also went on the rafts and the Bear mountain logs. After that I went to Disney. (That was not my first time) I went on so many rides I dont want to name them all. Overall The trip was soooooooo awsome . I had the best time with my friends.

Pet Peeves n' things

I have a lot of pet peeves. I hate it when my brother calls me and I anwer back and he keeps calling my name like hundreds of time. I also hate it when the security alert comes on when you try to go on a certain website.Ugh!!!!!!!!!! It is so frustrating.
A lot of people think i am crazy because I get mad of the smallest things. Pop -up blockers are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont know if its simply me or I have a small level of OCD.
I dont think I have OCD but I do show some signs. For example I have to wash my hands numerous times for me to feel comfortable.I always have to inspection my all my food.(I always look at my food withplenty of attention)

First Day as a Wrestling Statician

Well yesterday was my first day as a wrestling statician . I was at school to watch the Mnt. Miguel school against THe Braves. At first it was like super hard because I had to learn all the signals the referee throws out. By the end I got the hang of it. GAby was also there; I also met new people. Well at the end all that matters is that the Braves beat Mnt. Miguel. I am glad we are starting off good.

I hope that by the end of the season I get along with everybody and become really good at taking stats.

Coke and myths

I heard so many legends about Coke and other things like Wendy's and the finger but I wonder what is real and what is fake.I went to this website (snopes.com) and some things were real about coke like it used to have cacaine but half the other things were fake like when people die of eating mentos and coke.I bet that 99.9% of the rumors about a factory/restaurants being dirty are fake.(Do you really think the health department would let them open or pass out food?)Well anyways my all time favorite legends are:Boyfriend on roof of car, Dog/Cat in dryer or microwave,m and we can't forget about Bloody Mary.By the way Jello is made out of hides and bones from animals. Ewwwwwwwwwww

My Thanksgiving

Well this thanksgiving was not all that great. It all started Wednesday night when my dad receives a phone call from the fire department telling him that there was a small fires at his restaurant. My dad and me left the house the and we arived at the restaurant in 10 minutes(which is in San Diego and we live in El Cajon). I was the first one to get in and saw that the kitchen was burned and that there was dust and smoke all over the place. Some of the employees went to the restaurant tio check what happened and were really surprised. Thursday me and my dad left to the restaurant to start cleaning up soon many relatives and different employees came to help. My thanksgiving diner consisted of Carne Asada nachos, Carne Asada Burritos, and Carne Asada quesadilla all purshade at a local taco shop.Well I did not have the traditional diner and I was not with my mom but I still was thankful for all I had And that the restaurant did not burn down.

$Money$

I have a big secret to confess and that is that I spend a lot of money. Saturuday, Sunday, Monday are the days I have money and If I am lucky it will last till Tuesday.(that is so rare)I sometimes think where all the money goes but I can't quite explain. This habit grows faster and faster but it seems like I can't stop it. Well all ready I can tell you that I going to save my money this week but I am going to spend it all on friday at the mall.(well if I can save it)I will like to think of my self as a moderate spender but my parents tell me i am a compulsive spender.Well until I can fix my problem I will keep on spending.

I am writing to complain about all the work assigned in my History class. It is crazy how much work Mr.Sheffer is giving the whole class. We just finished the Industrial Revolution and we had to write a 5-10 paragraph editorial(it was like super hard) and on top of that we needed to make a powerpoint.On top of that we had to start on the Chpt 5 packet and turn it in like the same week everything else was due. I would have peferred to have a test instead. Lately in this class I've been getting a whole bunch of work.A lot of people are failing that class because they can't manage the work that is given out. luckly I have an A. Well I just hope that my teacher cuts the whole class some slack.

Well i wrote this poem because i was bored and because lately its been cold. But the main reason i wrote this poem is to coplete my assignment.

Obstacles

The obstacles I must overcome to reach my goals are procrastination and my mouth.

First of all I am the world's best procastinator. I do everything last minute. I want to stop this but it has been very difficult for me .When a project or homework is assigned I try to get started but I always end up distracting my self with something else such as the television , magazines , etc.

The second thing is my mouth. I talk way to much during class and in general . There is never a day where the teacher doesn't grasp my attention for talking.
