Oreo Truffles

OMG this are like the best way to enjoy oreos. Last year my friend Christy brought the Oreo Truffles and they were delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Well any ways here is a recipe:

Ingredients:18 oz. package of OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies8 oz. package of Cream Cheese, softened *16 oz. Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate or Chocolate Chips, melted **
Directions:
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor (or a ziplock bag)
Add softened cream cheese; mix until well blended.(or something that looks like mud)
Roll cookie mixture into balls
Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler(or a pot with water with another on top it) or in the microwave. Stir until smooth.
Roll the balls in chocolate to coat completely; use two toothpicks or forks (fingers are "funner")to remove the balls from the chocolate, allowing the extra chocolate to drip off.
Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate another 30 minutes until the chocolate forms a hard
Then take them out of thge frigde and EAT

Winter break/term I

OMG like this term went by soooooooooooooo fast. It feels like it was just yesterday it was back to school day. I really liked this term alot it was fun, boring, easy , hard , frustating, sexy term. i wish it would of gone by slower. During this winter break I want to do all sorts of crazy things. I really want to go to the body exibit in La Jolla(UTC). And of course I want to go shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am going to gain like 8 million pounds because I am going to eat a lot during X-mas.Well I dont really care.

Disneyland

Yesterday my Avid class went to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure(DCA). It was sooooooooooo much fun. It was my first time @ DCA . I love it. The first ride I went on was the Tower Of Terror. I was so scared, but not that much since I went on it twice. After that I went on the Ferris wheel with the swingind gondola. I love both of the rides. I also went on the "Mickey Mouse Roller caster" and the Orange Swings and The "High tower" that was just at the pier. I also went on the rafts and the Bear mountain logs. After that I went to Disney. (That was not my first time) I went on so many rides I dont want to name them all. Overall The trip was soooooooo awsome . I had the best time with my friends.

Pet Peeves n' things

I have a lot of pet peeves. I hate it when my brother calls me and I anwer back and he keeps calling my name like hundreds of time. I also hate it when the security alert comes on when you try to go on a certain website.Ugh!!!!!!!!!! It is so frustrating.
A lot of people think i am crazy because I get mad of the smallest things. Pop -up blockers are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont know if its simply me or I have a small level of OCD.
I dont think I have OCD but I do show some signs. For example I have to wash my hands numerous times for me to feel comfortable.I always have to inspection my all my food.(I always look at my food withplenty of attention)
